I don’t know about you ladies but this girl has ZERO time to spare in the morning for breakfast. That’s why I came up with this quick + super easy concoction for busy mornings that keeps me full and fights my urge for those unhealthy quick alternatives. p.s. I always make them ahead of time so they are grab-n-go. 🙂
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 Banana, frozen
- 1 tbsp Organic Flax Chia Blend
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Juice Plus but you can use your favorite!)
- 1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (optional)
- 1 tsp Matcha for caffeine (optional)
The best part? It just tastes like peanut butter and bananas- yummy!
